Many Afghan children are separated from their fathers, either because of death (due to the many years of war) or because their fathers have gone abroad to find work in order to send money home to provide.
Afghan children growing up outside of Afghanistan, particularly those growing up in Western countries, have an incredible opportunity for education, safety, and good medical care.
They also have the opportunity to be exposed to the good news about Jesus–and God’s great love for them. Jesus really DOES LOVE all the children of the world!
Please pray for Afghan children today. Pray especially for those without fathers or those whose fathers are not around. Pray that they will learn of a heavenly Father who cares about them.
